TRAINING WITH KAREN GOULD POLICY ("Policy")Terms and Conditions of Trainings by Karen Gould:

I agree to attend the scheduled Teleconference Trainings, participate in the learning of the protocols, abide by the forum rules, read the materials provided, listen to and/or view extra materials provided as a resource to me, complete the modules and quizzes so that I may complete the training.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a meridian energy training and demonstration given by Karen Gould (Karen). I understand that these are live demonstrations and may vary in technical correctness and application of the published protocol. I further understand that said training/demonstration Teleclasses will be recorded for use in training courses, development of training materials and promotion of trainings.

I understand that Karen Gould is a Certified Coach and authorized PEAT Trainer and she is not a medical doctor or licensed counselor and that any information she might give in this Training is not intended to diagnose any illness or condition whether physical or mental in nature nor is it designed or intended to be a prescription or cure for any illness or condition whether physical or mental in nature. NOTE: If you are suffering from any illness whether physical or mental in nature please contact your doctor or a qualified medical professional. Karen is offering this method as a training only and demonstrations of integrative coaching methods for self improvement are not personal sessions. I acknowledge that my welfare is my responsibility and that it is my choice to participate in this Training to experience the method first hand as part of my training. If I do not want to volunteer as a demonstration subject, I am free to decline, I am under no obligation to do so as a requirement for my training in the PEAT Process.

I understand that the Teleclasses are audio recorded and I consent to be recorded. I fully release Karen Gould, her heirs and agents, from any and all claims and causes of action that I presently have or may have in the future relating to my participation in the demonstration and the making of the aforementioned audio recording. This release includes any right I may have, now or in the future, to object to any recording of my voice made during teleclasses from being used in any rendition, compilation, course or promotional material which includes recording of my voice.

Teleclass audio recordings may be included in the accessible library resources. I understand that all training materials I have access to are for my personal use only and are not to be recorded, copied, transcribed or transmitted to anyone else in any way.

My registration confirms that I have read, understand and agree with the above terms and conditions.

Refund Policy 15+ Days Notice prior to Training- 100% Refund, Transferable or Reschedule up to one year.
Less than 15 Days- Transferable or Reschedule up to one year. Possible Refund options depend upon ability to fill the vacancy prior to Training start date.
Once Classes have begun, a withdrawing student may Reschedule, and is given up to one year to complete the training or transfer remaining credit to private sessions.

Please understand my Trainings are intimate gatherings, for hands on demonstrations and personal mentoring. A withdrawing student's absence is felt by the group and demonstrations are impacted.

Processors please commit to attending the classes and completing the quizzes so that I may teach to the needs of the individuals of each class. Your registration also confirms you have read, understood and agree with the Refund Policy.

Forums and Online Training Modules Rules:

• FAQs are READ only and are publicly viewable. Questions and suggestions for inclusion are welcome, please submit thru the contact form of this website

• Training Modules are READ only and contain copyrighted training material. Printing for personal study of Handouts is allowed, please do not share or forward Zivorad's or my training materials.

• The Support Forum is private and accessible to PEAT trained processors only for indepth, honest discussion and exchange. Forwarding or sharing of posts is prohibited.

• You are responsible for any posts originating from your user name account.

• You may not post on behalf of any banned member.

• "Be Polite" We do not tolerate any rudeness.

• Protect privacy, including your own. Do not share names or personal identifying information of clients without their permission.
